A New Voice for Rent.com

I was hired for nine months by Rent.com to develop a new brand voice and implement it across the site. I thought of a tone that suggested, “Your fun friend who is always willing to help you move, then buys you beer and pizza at the end of the day,” a cross between talk show hosts Jimmy Fallon and Ellen DeGeneres. This new voice was incorporated site wide including blog posts, instructional videos. customer service emails, and social media channels.

Here is the new awesomeness, click to enlarge.

#CouchFail

#CouchFail was a contest I created.. The idea was send us a picture of your old ugly couch and we will select a winner to receive $1000 towards a new one, click to enlarge.
