Rent.com Voice Rebrand
 Rent.com hadn’t updated their site in more than ten years. I was hired for nine months to develop a new brand voice and implement it across the site. I thought of a tone that suggested, “Your fun friend who is always willing to help you move,” a cross between talk show hosts, Jimmy Fallon and Ellen DeGeneres. I implemented this voice across the site, blog posts, instructional videos. customer service emails and social media channels.

 Wow, what a fun gig.
As a writer for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online, I crafted copy for award-winning sites including Disneyland Resort (Lead Writer) , Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line and Disney Vacation Club. Each one had a unique voice and style guide. My main focus is creative and UX day-to-day updates the of Disney Parks websites, seasonal mini-sites and creating special offer pages.
